Saw 4 kick-a--  properties on tour today.  For those of you looking to buy a home, this time of year presents a great opportunity.  I previewed four properties today and all of them were meticulously staged and prepped for sale.

Last but certainly not least is 27 Monte Crest Ct in Tice Valley.  Wtih over 3700 sf and priced at $1,595,000 this beautiful home offers a terrific floor plan and seclusion while having quick access to everything.  And after only 6 days on the market it is already pending ... who said the market has slowed down.  If you do what is needed to meet the needs of today's buyers your home will sell.
